How to Maintain Your Evolve Board for Peak PerformanceUpdated 15 days ago

Regular maintenance keeps your board riding smoothly and extends its lifespan. Follow these simple steps to keep it in top shape.

Keep Your Bearings Clean

  • Dirty bearings reduce roll efficiency, affect ride quality, and can lead to battery drain or failure.
  • Clean and lubricate them regularly for a smoother, quieter ride.

Check & Tighten Hardware

  • Inspect and tighten truck nuts, wheel nuts, and all screws—they may loosen over time.
  • Loose components can impact handling and safety.

Rotate Your Wheels

  • Swap wheels diagonally (e.g., front right to back left) to even out wear.
  • Drive wheels wear out faster, so rotation extends their lifespan.

Inspect & Maintain the Drivetrain

  • Regularly clean and check belts and drive gears for damage.
  • Replace worn-out parts to maintain efficiency and performance.

Optimise Tyre Pressure (All-Terrain Boards)

  • Keep your tyres at 40-45 PSI for better range and stability.

Store Your Board Properly

  • Keep it at room temperature to preserve battery health.

Keep It Clean

  • Dust and dirt buildup can affect performance. Wipe down the board with a damp cloth, followed by a dry one.

Monitor Your Motors

  • Ensure motors are clean and free from unusual noise or excess movement.
  • If they overheat during rides, let them cool down before using the board again.

A well-maintained board means longer rides, better performance, and fewer issues. 🚀
