If your board feels slow straight out of the box, or suddenly won’t go above 20 km/h (about 12 mph), it’s almost always because the Speed Limiter is turned on.

All new Evolve boards ship with the speed limiter activated for safety.

The good news? It takes less than 10 seconds to turn off.

⚙️ How to turn off the Speed Limit on your remote

1. Double-press the bottom button (the power button with the circle icon)
   → This opens the menu

2. Press the middle button to scroll to Options

3. Press the power button to enter Options

4. Scroll down to Speed Limit

5. Press the power button to open the Speed Limit settings

6. Scroll to Off

7. Press the power/pause button to confirm

8. Double-press the deadman switch to exit and return to the ride screen

🚀 After turning the limit off

Your board will unlock full speed and acceleration again, based on whichever ride mode you select (ECO, SPORT, CORSA, etc).
